Dallas Highrises

Dallas Shopping

Dallas is a great place for shopping for any thing from discount finds to couture. The shops below are listed below in my order of preference.

Northpark Mall

Northpark has got it all! From designer boutiques to major department stores, Northpark has a lot to offer. You can find stores by Oscar de la Renta, Michael Kors, Kate Spade, Lilly Pulitzer, and Charles David here. Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and Macy’s also call Northpark home. For a quick bite, you can always stop to eat at the Little Mermaid Café in Neiman Marcus like other locals have been doing for years!

Galleria Dallas

The Galleria has all major department stores and a few designer shops. Here you can find Louis Vuitton, MaxMara, and the inexpensive European clothing store, Zara. The Grand Lux Café is a favorite place to grab lunch in between stores.

Highland Park Village

This was the first shopping center in America. A favorite haunt for Highland Park residents, this outdoor shopping center boasts Tory Burch, Jimmy Choo, Hermes, Calvin Klein, and Chanel. If shopping makes you want a snack, you can always walk over to Celebrity Café or Mi Cocina.

West Village

More than a place to shop, the new West Village is a trendy place to have fun. Outdoor shops line the streets with hip finds reminiscent of SOHO. Visit the restaurants, such as Village Burger Bar, and be sure to check out little boutiques like Bella Bella. You can even find something special for the canine in your life at the West Village!

Mockingbird Station

Mockingbird Station is a great place to catch a movie at the Angelika Theater or shop for furniture at West Elm. Mockingbird Station also has a Café Express and stores like Urban Outfitters, Ann Taylor Loft, and Victoria’s Secret.

Inwood Village

Inwood Village has unique boutiques for clothes and home, in addition to stores like White House/Black Market and Aaron Brothers Framing. It is also home to the historic Inwood Theater, which shows midnight movies on weekends. If you’re hungry, there’s always Breadwinner’s Café. If you need to relax, there are several salons, including the Boardroom for Men, and there’s even a spa or two in this shopping center!
