Margarita Ranch doesn't overwhelm you with architectural style or rich decor, but you'll probably be too busy browsing the huge tequila and frozen margarita menu to care. Outside, you're greeted by a simple, brown-brick facade and black, wrought-iron furniture. Inside, subtle neutral colors and utilitarian furnishings are offset by scattered, colorful prints and tropical plants. It's nothing fancy, but at least you won't have to worry about spilling your tequila on the shiny concrete floor. The food menu is expansive, offering an array of appetizers, including authentic tortilla soup. Entrees are served with black beans and rice and include not only the standard beef and chicken fare, but fish as well. The inexpensive lunch menu contains enchiladas, tamales, tacos and flautas. Margarita Ranch also offers selections cooked over its pecan-wood-stoked flaming grill. The restaurant is situated in the multimillion-dollar Mockingbird Station development close to Lakewood and the Park Cities.

The goal is to raise the city to an entirely new level in terms of quality, service and design elements. The Stephan Pyles restaurant is a highly stylized dining experience, unlike anything Dallas has ever seen. Diners who expect the unexpected will be delighted.

Nobu Dallas, located in the Crescent Court Hotel, serves innovative new style Japanese cuisine by Executive Chef and owner Nobu Matsuhisa.

Located slightly below street level, STEEL Restaurant & Lounge has an atmosphere like no other. Stepping into STEEL, the restaurant reveals an elegant and conformable setting, showcasing individually lit tables, warm teak wood surroundings and artwork from renowned artist Shane Pennington. The bar and lounge is comfortable while sophisticated. The unique wine room, used for private dining, can be viewed from any angle in the restaurant and houses our wonderful award winning wine collection.

For real, stuffed Mexican tacos and a retro atmosphere to go with it, Taco Diner is a chic place to visit. It is a cross between a Jetson's Cartoon and a roadside diner. This refreshing, contemporary diner is a terrific place to grab lunch or dinner. The corn tortillas are almost indescribably wonderful. Try them with chicken and cojita cheese or mushrooms and grilled pork. The fajitas are plentiful, very lean and quite tasty.

Cuba Libre Café is a 5,100 square foot, two-story restaurant and bar located in the heart of the Henderson Avenue entertainment district, two miles north of downtown Dallas. Since opening in February of 2000, Cuba Libre has emerged as one of Dallas' most popular destinations for dining and socializing among young professionals. Cuba Libre offers a truly unique blend of innovative cuisine, vibrant decor and hip-casual attitude.

Culinary wunderkind Doug Brown of Beyond the Box catering and takeout fame is behind this contemporary lounge and restaurant. A cool color palate of sky blue, celadon, blond wood, and brushed steel lends a mellow feel to Amuse. Starters include shrimp shots spiked with tomato, avocado and horseradish. Bleu cheese fried chicken is served with brown sugar beans and apple slaw sides. Save room for warm beignets.

Crú is the premier wine bar. Conceived as an exciting urban destination to experience and explore the fascinating world of wine, with over 300 wine selections and 40 premium wines offered by the glass, as well as taster pairings and wine flights. Wine selections are well chosen and moderately priced.
